The Benefits to Your School
Your school Benefits from this system by using an effective strategy to gain the pupils interest and commitment to improve their studies, behaviour and attendance, and by becoming a more active member of the school community. The system helps to give teachers a tool in the classroom for increasing motivation in their pupils by rewarding them for good effort, good work, and good behaviour.
Your school can benefit by giving your pupils, in partnership with your teachers, an incentive to take part, and create for themselves new projects, clubs, activities and ways to make your school a richer environment for learning, education, teamwork and community. Projects can also involve working within the local community to help improve and strengthen relationships between your school, its pupils and local residents. |

Target Based
Teachers can set rewards targets for each of their subjects, giving pupils definite standards to reach within each subject in order to gain the maximum number of rewards points. Teachers can also award bonus points throughout their classes to pupils who work hard, excel in class, behave, contribute, and provide timely, and high quality homework.
 |
Schools can also run projects that pupils can take part in to gain major rewards, for example, litter patrols, anti-bullying patrols, homework and education clubs, working with and helping the local community, and a variety of other projects that your school could use to boost its status, and relationship with its pupils and the local community.
The scheme is centred around helping pupils to get in touch with their own creativity and initiative, rewarding pro-active behaviour, and proposals made to teachers for setting up projects. |
